The aprevo® Process

OVERVIEW

The aprevo® Personalized Spine Procedure consists of four steps that deliver a unique implant designed for your anatomy, helping to empower your doctor with the tools to deliver the best outcome for you.

IMAGING

A CT scan of your spine is taken to begin the design of your unique aprevo® implants. These images, combined with your surgeon’s customized goals for your surgery, are sent to the design team at Carlsmed®.

3D PLANNING

In collaboration with your surgeon, we leverage your spinal imaging and our AI-enabled technology to create a personalized alignment plan tailored exclusively to you.

SURGEON REVIEW

Your surgeon will review and finalize the detailed surgical plan and implant design, confirming the placement and design of each implant with the goal of achieving the best possible outcome for you.

IMPLANT CREATION

Once the plan is approved by your surgeon, the aprevo® implants are 3D printed using high strength titanium and delivered to the hospital in time for your surgery.
